Paper for corrugated Board production

Liner

Dense, even sheets of paper for the production flat layers of corrugated cardboard.

Kraft liner (kraftliner) — paper consisting of 80% cellulose,
20% may consist of a mixture of recycled materials.

Kraft liner (KF), grammage: 115, 125, 140 g/m²

Fluting

Paper for the manufacture of corrugated cardboard layer is made from waste paper.

We produce Fluting and Wellenstoff

  • B-0 is made of unbleached sulfate cellulose of highest quality;
  • B-1 is made of the same raw material, but with some impurities;

Fluting (B-0) / semi-Chemical fluting (SF), grammage: 112, 125, 140, 150, 160, 175 g/m²
Wellenstoff (B-1) / Wellenstoff (WS), grammage: 110, 125, 150 g/m²

Liners

  • Top liner (Toptliner) — sheets of paper consisting only of cellulose, produced by sulfate technology;
  • K (kraft) — liner consisting of cellulose;
  • T2 (test 2) — liner consisting partially of waste paper;
  • T (test 3) — liner, 100% waste paper content;
  • C (chip) — paper-based liner;
  • BW (fully bleached white) — bleached cellulose kraft liner;
  • WT (white top) — paper liner with top coated layer;
  • MK (mottled kraft) — white Kraft liner with splashes of a different color;
  • OY (oyster) — speckled/mottled test liner.

Fluting

  • Fluting (fluting Semichemical, SF) is a material produced from hemicellulose with a small fraction by processing chemical compounds;
  • Wellenstoff (Wellenstoff, WS) paper, which is almost 100% composed of recycled materials;
  • Schrenz (Schrenz) — paper of the lowest grade, having low technical characteristics.
